'My approach to being a doula is to provide just enough support, the right measure of attention and care, so that you and your partner can dive into the experience of birth with as little interference as possible.  I listen well and notice what is needed.   I help you clarify your decisions with your birth attendants when questions and the unexpected arise.  I honor and celebrate the birther in you.  I become an extension of your heart's desire for yourself and your baby during this wondrous and challenging life passage.'

Doula  Package:

2 Prenatal Visits: 1-2 hrs each

On Call Availability during pregnancy

Early Labor Support by phone or in your home

Active Labor Support through delivery until 2-3 hrs postpartum

2 Postpartum Visits: 1-2 hrs each

Sliding fee scale: $250-$550 (includes retainer)

Contract with non-refundable retainer fee of $150

Pregnancy & Postpartum massage by appointment $65/hr

Mother Blessing Circle: $40/hr
